🛠 Assembly Steps
Step 1 – Preparation

Select a flat and stable surface for installation.

Unpack all components and verify them against the parts list.

Recommended: 3–4 people for safe and efficient assembly.
Step 2 – Assemble the Main Frame

Position the four triangular aluminum posts upright at the corners.

Connect the top beams between each post using bolts and washers.

Add crossbars to form a rectangular top frame.
-
Ensure the frame is level before tightening all screws.
Step 3 – Install Roof Support Structure

Attach the roof support frame on top of the assembled beams.

Secure each support bar from the center hub to the corners.

Double-check connections before proceeding to panel installation.
Step 4 – Install the Hardtop Roof Panels

Start from one side: place the metal roof panels onto the frame.

Align pre-drilled holes and secure panels with screws.

Continue installing panels symmetrically until the entire roof is covered.

Ensure overlaps between panels are tight to prevent leaks.
Step 5 – Install the Upper Ventilation Roof

Attach the small upper frame to the top of the main roof using brackets.

Secure the upper metal panels with bolts and washers.

This double-top design improves air circulation and stability.
Step 6 – Add Accessories

Hang curtains and mosquito netting along the inner rail (if included).

Use Velcro straps or hooks to secure them.

Tie back curtains when not in use.
Step 7 – Final Adjustment

Ensure all screws and bolts are fully tightened.

Anchor the gazebo securely to the ground using expansion bolts or stakes.

Gently shake the structure to confirm stability before use.
