I have to say the walls are pretty well thought out and the zipper at the ends, amazing idea. The only con the color inconsistency and the velcro pieces need to be more rugged.

So I got a clearance deal on small tents that had been discontinued. I wasn’t happy with the tents themselves, but I will say the customer service has been very good and they are sending a free replacement. I have five tents of varying sizes and they all function. The newer models that can be setup by one person using a single center push knob are very good. The quality of the fabric and the frame are much superior to the many similar models from the sporting goods chains. Overall a good company with good products.

This is the 2nd canopy top I’ve had from ABC. The first lasted 3 years until a strong storm decided to destroy it. I have the canopy lowered because heavy storms are expected the next 2 days. I thoroughly enjoy the shade it provides in the summer especially this year since it’s has been so hot. Thank you for offering a superior product.

The tent cover that comes with the tent does not fit it. It's too small. This makes it very hard for one person to put on the cover. We informed you of this issue in 2024 and assumed you would have taken measures to adjust the tent cover. We were advised to buy the 10x15 tent cover separately. We reordered the tent in 2026, and the same problem! We were told to remove the canvas each time we use the tent in order for it to fit in the cover. This is really bad. Your competitor EurMax provide a tent cover with their product that actually fit. We hope you'll change the size of the standard tent cover that comes with the tent because the tent itself is great!

So far, I'm very happy with this canopy. I was worried about getting it set up by myself, but it was easy. I made my husband stay the house and set it up in my driveway. It took me less than 10 mins. Now that the top is on the frame, it will be even quicker. I love the height-adjustable legs - very easy to manage. The push-up in the middle was very easy too. It's a great canopy for a yard sale or craft booth because it feels sturdy, the legs don't twist and it stays squared (even on slightly uneven ground). The canopy top itself is better than I thought. While it feels light, it does seem strong. The inside is a silvery color, which just looks beige like the outside once it's set up. The beige color is a little lighter than the picture which is exactly what I was looking for. Take down was easy too. I got it undone, into the bag and zipped up in less than 10 mins. It's a little heavy for lifting, but I can live with that because it's built so sturdy. Haven't used it in real life, but can't wait to. I would definitely recommend this canopy. If you're undecided, do it. It was also delivered exactly when expected with all the parts in good condition.

The item overall looks amazing and simple to assemble. My biggest issue was with the shipping delay due to the lack of communication from the designers when tweaks needed to be made. This lack of communication cost my company the income of 2 markets due to not having our tent within the 10-20 day timeframe. I ordered June 5 and received July 7. Also, the frame came a week earlier and was slightly damaged in transit . Overall a great product but could work on communication to avoid a lack of projected revenue for business vendors. I would also suggest adding a bit more shipping protection with the frame due to delivery company rough handling.

The colors and quality of the print work is fantastic. My disappointment lies in the back of the rear and side panels being white instead of the requested black. Having a beautiful piece of artwork with a black background then having a white backside looks very cheap and incomplete. I wouldn’t have ordered and paid for this custom canopy knowing the backside would not match the black of the other panels.
