🛠 Assembly Steps 

Step 1: Prepare the Site and Parts

  • Choose a flat, stable surface and clear away debris.

  • Unpack and organize all components according to the instruction manual for easy access.

Step 2: Assemble the Posts and Base Plates

  • Attach the 4 posts to the base plates using screws.

  • Ensure all posts are vertical and base plates are level to avoid tilting.

Step 3: Install the Top Frame

  • Connect the top of the posts with horizontal beams to form the square/rectangular frame.

  • Add diagonal support beams for enhanced stability.

Step 4: Install the Roof Frame

  • Attach the main roof support beams (center beam and diagonal beams) to the top frame.

  • Install the upper support structure for the double-tier top.

Step 5: Install Upper Roof Panels

  • Fix the smaller upper-tier panels onto the upper roof frame.

  • Secure the top decorative cap to seal and enhance the appearance.

Step 6: Install Lower Roof Panels

  • Starting from one side, fix the lower-tier hardtop roof panels to the roof frame.

  • Align each panel carefully and secure with screws.

Step 7: Attach the Netting

  • Slide the hooks of the netting into the pre-installed rail track.

  • Adjust each side so that the netting opens and closes smoothly.

Step 8: Final Check and Reinforcement

  • Check all screws to ensure they are tightened securely.

  • For windy areas, consider adding ground stakes or extra weights for better stability.


Usage & Maintenance Tips

  • We recommend at least 4 people for assembly.

  • Regularly check and tighten all screws.

  • In extreme weather (storms, heavy snow), consider temporarily removing the roof panels.

  • For cleaning, use warm water and mild detergent—avoid harsh chemicals.
