Step 1 – Preparation
Choose a flat, stable surface for installation.
Unpack and check all parts against the instruction list.
It’s recommended to have at least 3 people for assembly.
Step 2 – Assemble the Frame
Position the four wooden posts upright at each corner.
Connect the top wooden beams between the posts using bolts and washers.
Attach crossbars to strengthen the structure.
Make sure the frame is level before tightening all screws.

Step 3 – Install Roof Structure
Fix the metal roof frame on top of the wooden structure.
Install supporting roof bars from the center to each corner.
Secure all metal joints with bolts and washers.

Step 4 – Install Metal Roof Panels
Start with one side and place the hardtop roof panels on the frame.
Align holes and fasten with screws.
Repeat for all sides until the roof is complete.
Make sure the roof edges overlap properly to ensure waterproofing.

Step 5 – Install the Double-Top Ventilation Cap
Attach the smaller top cap frame to the upper tier using provided connectors.
Secure the metal panels for the top section.
This allows proper ventilation while preventing water leakage.

Step 6 – Add Accessories
Hang curtains or mosquito netting (if included) along the inner rails.
Secure the bottom of curtains to prevent movement in wind.
Step 7 – Final Check
Inspect all bolts, ensuring they’re tight and secure.
Anchor the gazebo to the ground using expansion bolts or weights for safety.
Test stability by gently shaking the frame before use.
Check bolts regularly and retighten if necessary.
Clean the roof panels with water and mild soap only.
Avoid letting heavy snow or water accumulate on the roof.
Apply protective oil to wooden posts annually to maintain durability.
