I. Preparation Before Installation
1. Tool Preparation: The required installation tools need to be prepared by yourself, as the product does not include related tools. Please confirm in advance whether all the required tools are complete to ensure a smooth installation process.
2. Part Verification: Carefully check the numbers and quantities of all parts according to the parts list, and inspect whether the parts are damaged or missing. If there are any problems, please contact the supplier in a timely manner for replacement.
(Please carefully read the instructions before use.)
II. Key Points During Installation
1. Timing of Tightening Screws
- Step 7: When assembling this step, do not fully tighten the EE/AA screws of the E parts. Wait until the wooden columns and beams on one side are completely assembled (that is, after Step 8 is completed), and then tighten the screws.

- Step 10: When assembling this step, slightly loosen the EE/AA screws of the E and D parts first. After all the H2 parts are assembled, then tighten them.

- Step 14: When installing the II and HH screws, do not fully tighten them. Wait until all the top support parts (K - 1, I - 1, I - 2, J) are completely assembled with the wood, and then finally tighten them.

- Step 16: Do not fully tighten the OO/HH screws of the M and N parts first. After each L7 and L8 part is connected, then tighten the BB screws.

2. Measurement of Key Dimensions: In Step 9, when installing the 10 and FF parts, use a measuring tool to ensure that the length of d1 is equal to that of d2. This step is crucial. Only by ensuring that these dimensions are equal can a square frame be built, ensuring the overall structural stability and aesthetics of the gazebo. When measuring, please operate carefully to avoid errors.
3. Installation Direction of Parts
- Step 2: When installing the 01 and 02 parts, pay attention to placing the bottom of the D part downward to ensure the correct installation position.

- Step 8: Again, in this step, the bottom of the D part should still be kept downward to ensure the accuracy of the assembly.

- Step 18: When installing the polycarbonate plate (P1 part), make sure that the raised surface is facing upward. This is not only related to the appearance but may also affect functions such as waterproofing and drainage.

III. Inspection and Fixing After Installation
1. Overall Inspection: After the installation is completed, conduct a comprehensive inspection of the entire gazebo. Check whether all parts are firmly installed, whether the connecting parts are tight, and whether the frame is vertical and horizontal. If any problems are found, make adjustments and reinforcements in a timely manner.
2. Ground Fixing: If it is necessary to fix the gazebo on a concrete or wooden floor, please go to a local hardware store to purchase suitable anchors and fix them according to the relevant instructions to enhance the stability of the gazebo and ensure its safe use in an outdoor environment.
