🛠 Assembly Steps
Step 1 – Prepare Site & Organize Parts

Choose a flat, solid surface with sufficient working space.
-
Lay out all wooden, metal and hardware parts and compare with parts list.

Step 2 – Install Wooden Posts & Bases
-
Position the 4 wooden posts on the ground according to the layout.
-
Secure each post to the ground using anchor bolts or base plates.
-
Make sure posts are vertical and stable (do not fully tighten yet).

Step 3 – Attach Top Wooden Beam Frame
-
Connect the top of the posts using wooden beams to form a square/rectangular frame.
-
Install the right-angle wood brackets at all four corners to reinforce the structure.

Step 4 – Assemble Metal Roof Frame
-
Install the main metal top beams on top of the wooden frame.
-
Add the diagonal beams and central connector to complete the roof skeleton.
-
Tighten screws securely.
Step 5 – Install Lower Steel Roof Panels
-
Starting from one side, place the larger (lower-tier) steel roof panels onto the roof frame.
-
Align each panel and lock them down with screws to ensure a watertight fit.

Step 6 – Install Upper Roof Panels & Top Cap
-
Mount the smaller upper roof frame and steel panels at the center.
-
Finish by attaching the decorative top cap to seal the upper roof.
Step 7 – Install Netting/Curtain (if included)
-
Fix the sliding rails around the inside perimeter of the gazebo.
-
Hang mosquito netting (inner track) and privacy curtains (outer track).
-
Ensure they slide smoothly for opening & closing.
Step 8 – Final Inspection & Anchoring

Fully tighten all screws and connection points.
-
Anchor the gazebo firmly using ground stakes, expansion bolts, or extra weights if your location is windy.

Routinely check and tighten screws and brackets.

Remove snow buildup from roof panels in winter to prevent overload.

Apply wood treatment (sealant/oil) periodically to protect wooden posts.
